Join us at our fall themed 5k and bench press competition!  Each participant will receive a pumpkin and t-shirt. 

How it works....

First event will be the bench press.  The weight you bench depends on age, sex and weight.  Every rep you get will take 30 seconds off your 5k time.  For example, if you get 30 reps and run your 5k in 30 minutes your adjusted time would be 15 minutes. Event will be held inside at Rise Fitness.  5k will be ran on Treadmills.

Family friendly with kids activities.  Kids will be given their very own pumpkin to decorate.  Once everyone has competed kids will be able to Trick or Treat inside Rise!  Please feel free to wear your Halloween Costumes.
